What this is, precisely
- It is an escrow desk. You send to an address we control and our team sends the other leg by hand once the deposit confirms. There is no contract enforcing that, so the only guarantee is our willingness to keep operating — trade accordingly, and start small if this is your first time.
- The rate is locked when you open the order and held for 30 minutes. If your deposit lands after that, the desk re-prices at the feed rather than honouring a rate that has moved against either of us.
- Send the exact amount to the address shown, from a wallet you control. A deposit from an exchange withdrawal is fine, but the refund path is much slower if something goes wrong.
- ZEC payouts are transparent only. The desk settles from the same hot wallet that sponsors inscriptions, which cannot send to a shielded address.
